So, the first week here at Ball State has just finished for me. So far I think that it will be good. All of my classes are solid. My earliest class is at eight in the morning, but that doesn't really bother me. I have been getting to bed earlier which helps a lot.
Econ 116, TCom 330, Spanish 101, and Biology 100. Thirteen credit hours, but it still feels like it might be a lot of work. I will need to pick up at least seventeen next semester.
Spanish may be the hardest part of all of it. I took four years of German in high school and I had a good time with it. I just got burned out. I wanted to try something new so I thought, "What the Hell? I'll do something practical." I forgot how frustrating starting a new language really is.
Again, I have been thinking about the format for this blog. I'm not sure if anyone reads it, so I have been pretty hesitant to write a whole lot. I think I only did, like, fours posts all summer.
I still want to do album reviews. There are some albums that will be coming out soon, so just look for a few articles to come out. I will put up release dates later.
Along side the reviews, I want to do a top-five song list each week. I will put up the top five songs I listened to that week and discuss why I like those songs and give you some information about those bands. I want to get those posts up on Saturdays.
I have a couple other personal projects in mind, I will keep you updated as they become more concrete.
